Update to Acorn Deck House Operations (COVID-19)
Dear Valued Customer,
As of tomorrow, all non-essential Massachusetts businesses have been ordered to close to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19); however, since Acorn Deck House Company falls into an essential service category, we will remain open and available to serve you during this time.
The health and safety of our employees, customers and community is always our top priority. Therefore, we have enacted the following preventative measures, effective immediately:
- Over the next few weeks, several of our employees will be working remotely. They will have full access to our phone and computer systems, so phone and email support should be unaffected by this change. However, as always, if you are unable to reach us by phone initially, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Support will be available during our regular hours: Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Our office and factory will be closed to walk-ins until further notice. If you need material, please call ahead to order and schedule a pick-up or delivery time.
